    三、 职位三个核心要素
    职位能力素质 ( Competencies )是应聘者是否具备工作所需的基本能力素质和职业素养。如:所学知识、智能水平、工作经验、工作主动性、人际关系等,能力的培养是和真正不断地吸收新知识、新经验密不可分的,是人生的阅历和长者的传授相结合的。只有不断充实自己,才能赢在各个起跑点上。
    衡量一个职位主要有三个核心要素,这是面试时最重要的采分点,占80~90%。这是企业为了实现其战略目标、获得成功,而对应聘者所具备的职业素养、能力和知识的综合要求。面试时,着重考察应聘者“怎样表现自己(How it is performed )”。
    话题紧扣以下三方面来展现自己的优势:
    1. 专业技能( Professional Skill ):
    应聘者是否具备工作所需的专业技能。这是考核应聘者长期技术训练和知识积累的结果。面试时主要考察你是否适合这项工作。
