　　5.for sale；on sale
　　（l）for sale“供出售”，含任何东西要出售用，for表目的。如：

　　（2）on sale“正在出售”，on表销售的进行性。在美国on sale指“减价拍卖”。如：

　　1)在表示“建造，搭建”时，两者可以换用，相当于build. 如：
　　They've put up the machinery ready for broadcast.

　　2) put up 还可表示“举起，张帖”。如：

　　They needed money to set up a special school for children.
