3. Presentation.

1)      Write down and read the title:

Module 7  Play Time.

Lesson 13  My Beautiful Doll

2)      Tells the pupils about the main ideas of this lesson, and the main contents and objectives of this period.

3)      Open the books and listen to the tape for several times, which to show and to help the pupils to understand the whole lesson.

4)      Show a picture of a doll to the pupils, and present the word “doll” by the old sentence “ What is it?”---- Write down ,read and practise the word.

5)      Present the word “doll” in the new sentence “ Let’s play with my ….”---- Write down , read, and practise.

6)      Show the pictures and real artcles of a dinosaur, a Teddy bear, and a bear, teach these new words in the sentence “ Let’s play with my ….”---- Write down ,read and practise the words.

7)      Read and practise the words and sentence.

8)      Check out.

9)      Turn back to the pictures and real artcles of a beautiful doll which has long blonde hair and a beautiful dress, teach the pupils to describe the doll by the sentence “ She is beautiful. She has long blonde hair and a beautiful dress.”

10)  Teach the new words “ is, beautiful, long, blonde ”---- Write down, read, and practise.

11)  Take out the pictures and real artcles of a dinosaur, a Teddy bear, and a bear to take the turns of the doll.---- Write down the main sentence structures “ She is …. She has ….”

4. Consolidation.

1)      Read and spell the new words.

2)      Read the sentences and practise in groups.

3)      Act the dialogues out, and check out how the pupils understand this pariod. 

4)      Tell the pupils the story of the Teddy bear, which to help them to understand it more clearly.
